Before committing to an expert report engagement, speak directly with Abdulrahman AlNuaimi. He will assess your matter, advise on scope, and tell you clearly whether an expert report is the right instrument, and whether AABDxb is the right firm.
The consultation is confidential, carried out personally by Abdulrahman AlNuaimi, and carries no obligation to proceed. Most matters are assessed within 24 hours of initial contact. During the consultation, the scope of the matter is reviewed, the feasibility of an expert report is assessed, and the appropriate methodology is discussed. If the matter does not require an expert report, or if AABDxb is not the right firm for it, that will be stated clearly and a referral suggested where appropriate. There are no generic intake forms and no call centres.

Yes. The matter and its documents are not shared. Under Article 14(6) of Federal Decree-Law No. 21 of 2022, an expert may not accept an assignment in a dispute where a party previously consulted him, so AABDxb cannot act if later appointed by a court in the same matter. The two roles are never combined in the same dispute.
