Every client engagement at AABDxb is personally led by Abdulrahman AlNuaimi. Supporting professionals handle administration, coordination, and client communication, but every technical finding, every report, and every court appearance is the founder's direct responsibility.
Founder and Managing Partner
MBA, MOE Licensed Auditor, Court-Appointed Accounting Expert
Abdulrahman AlNuaimi began his career as an accountant in 2005, moved into government audit in 2011, and founded AABDxb in 2015 following his UAE Ministry of Economy audit licence in 2016. Over two decades, his practice has concentrated on financial disputes, forensic accounting, free zone audit, and court-appointed expert work across the UAE.
In 2021 he was formally appointed as a court accounting expert by the UAE judiciary. That appointment belongs to the individual, not to the firm. When courts appoint AABDxb, they are appointing Abdulrahman AlNuaimi by name. Every report submitted in that capacity carries his personal signature and his direct professional responsibility before the court.
He works in both Arabic and English at equal professional level, which matters in UAE litigation. Expert reports are drafted in the language the court requires, without reliance on translation of technical financial content.
Credentials and Qualifications
"Every report I sign is one I would defend before a judge. I often do."
The firm's operations are supported by a dedicated team handling client coordination, document management, and administrative matters. Their work allows the founding partner to direct full attention to technical analysis and client-facing responsibilities.
Umair
Senior Manager
Client engagement coordination, document review, and service delivery oversight.
Heba
Senior Manager
Court expert report coordination, KYC compliance, and client matter management.
Wessam
Specialist
Accounting services, VAT returns, and financial records management.
Supporting team members do not sign reports or appear in court. All technical work is the direct responsibility of the founding partner.
The decision not to grow beyond what one senior partner can personally oversee is deliberate. In court expert work, the credibility of the individual who signs the report is the product. A judge who appoints an accounting expert is relying on a specific person's professional judgment, their track record, and their willingness to defend their findings under cross-examination. That trust cannot be transferred to a team or produced at scale.
A larger firm might process more engagements. It would not produce more credible expert reports. AABDxb takes on the volume of work that allows Abdulrahman AlNuaimi to remain the practitioner on every matter, not the name on the letterhead.
Every consultation is with Abdulrahman AlNuaimi. No junior staff. No initial screening calls routed elsewhere.
