AABDxb is a Dubai-licensed expert office, licensed for Judicial Experience Houses Services, with four registered accounting experts, all Emirati: founder Abdulrahman AlNuaimi (Dubai Courts 235, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department 198, Ministry of Justice 651) and three experts registered at the Dubai Courts (315, 319 and 321), one also at the Ministry of Justice (800).

Abdulrahman AlNuaimi

Abdulrahman AlNuaimi began his career as an accountant in 2005, moved into government audit in 2011, and founded AABDxb in 2015; he has held the UAE Ministry of Economy auditor licence since 2016. Over two decades, his practice has concentrated on financial disputes, forensic accounting, free zone audit, and court-appointed expert work across the UAE.

In 2021 he was formally appointed as a court accounting expert by the UAE judiciary. The court appoints AABDxb as the expert office, and the founder reviews every report issued under it.

He works in both Arabic and English at equal professional level, which matters in UAE litigation. Expert reports are drafted in the language the court requires, without reliance on translation of technical financial content.

Abdalla Khalfan Almheiri is an Emirati registered accounting expert with AABDxb since December 2025, registered with the Dubai Courts and with the Ministry of Justice. Practice experience covers more than 12 years in internal audit, public-sector accountability audit, forensic accounting and financial reporting under IFRS and FGAAS. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting from the American University of Sharjah, with a Doctor of Business Administration in progress at the University of Sharjah.

Mohamed Abdulrahman AlShamsi is an Emirati registered accounting expert with AABDxb since July 2026, registered as an expert with the Dubai Courts and as an auditor with the Ministry of Economy, and an FTA-approved Tax Agent. Practice experience covers more than 10 years in federal public-funds audit, governance and risk. Professional standing includes a Fellowship of the Emirates Association for Accountants and Auditors and the CPA of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Pakistan.

Liyali Bader Alsuwaidi is an Emirati registered accounting expert with AABDxb since July 2026, registered as an expert with the Dubai Courts and as an auditor with the Ministry of Economy. Practice experience covers more than 14 years in federal public-funds audit and financial control. She is a Certified Internal Auditor and holds the CIPFA International Certificate in Financial Fraud Investigation and the Dubai Judicial Institute's Diploma in Legal and Technical Skills for Judicial Expertise Work.

How Our Experts Are Registered

Federal Decree-Law No. 21 of 2022 requires an expert to be on the roster (Article 4(1)) and to practise through a licensed expert firm (Article 12). Dubai runs its own regime for experts under Dubai Law No. 13 of 2020 on the regulation of expert work before judicial authorities. AABDxb's Dubai commercial licence covers the activity Judicial Experience Houses Services, and the court registrations of its three experts are recorded with AABDxb as their expert office.
