This licence does not permit use of AABDxb's work product for any other purpose, or redistribution to third parties, without prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AABDxb's aggregate liability to a client in connection with any engagement is limited to the total professional fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
AABDxb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising in connection with its services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, or reputational damage, whether or not AABDxb was advised of the possibility of such losses.
