Abdulrahman AlNuaimi is Dubai Court Expert No. 235 and the lead accounting expert at AABDxb, with 21 years of specialist experience in financial disputes, forensic accounting, and expert reports for UAE courts. He holds MOE Auditor License 948, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department Expert registration 198, and Ministry of Justice Expert registration 651.
Abdulrahman AlNuaimi Auditing of Accounts is an independent UAE practice specialising in financial expert reports, forensic accounting, and audit for complex environments including UAE free zones. The firm was established in 2015 and operates from Dubai. It has no branches and no junior-led engagements. The founding partner is the practitioner on every file.
The firm was not built to be large. It was built to be authoritative. In a practice where court acceptance of a report depends on the standing, reasoning, and professional conduct of the individual who signed it, that distinction is material.

MBA, MOE Licensed Auditor, Court-Appointed Accounting Expert
Abdulrahman AlNuaimi has spent twenty years building a practice that is precise, independent, and uncompromising. Beginning his career as an accountant in 2005 and moving into government audit in 2011, he developed a working knowledge of how public institutions, courts, and regulatory bodies evaluate financial evidence. That knowledge is now central to how AABDxb approaches every engagement.
His appointment as a court accounting expert by the UAE judiciary is a formal standing granted after review of qualifications, experience, and professional conduct. When a court requires an independent financial expert, it has the authority to appoint Abdulrahman AlNuaimi directly. That appointment defines the standard to which all his work is held, and he has never approached it otherwise.
In 2015, he established Abdulrahman AlNuaimi Auditing of Accounts with a clear focus: expert financial reports for legal proceedings, forensic accounting investigations, and specialist audit for complex environments including UAE free zones. The firm does not pursue scale. Every file is reviewed, signed, and if necessary defended in court by the founding partner personally.
He holds qualifications from CIPFA including the Fraud Investigation Certificate and the Certified International Public Sector Auditor designation. He holds a Forensic Expert Diploma, a fellowship from the UAE Accountants Society, and an MBA in Financial Management from Ajman University. He serves as a UAE representative on international committees within INTOSAI, the global body of supreme audit institutions.
His approach to practice is shaped by the requirements of the courts that rely on his work. Precision, independence, and evidential rigour are not principles he promotes. They are the conditions every engagement is built to satisfy.

01
No finding can be independent if the expert's fee depends on the conclusion. We are retained to answer the court's question, not to support a client's position. Every opinion we sign is one we would defend in front of a judge. We often do.
02
Expert reports fail in court not because the expert is wrong, but because the reasoning is imprecise. Every statement in our reports is supported by specific, documented evidence. Every conclusion follows from that evidence and nothing else.
03
Arabic is the language of UAE courts. English is the language of international arbitration and most commercial documentation. We do not translate between the two. We work in both, and every report is prepared in the language the court or arbitration panel requires.
